We will answer with compassion and non-judgment. We will discuss your particular situation to understand your wants, needs and timeline to clean your home surfaces or to declutter and then clean the surfaces afterwards.

2. Setup a Day and Time For a Free Walk-Through

If you are just needing a cleaning and you don’t have stuff to get rid of we can usually get you an accurate price with pictures of videos if the property is about less than 1100 sq ft. Otherwise, we want to see the home to get a better sense of the situation because sometimes pictures don’t give a fair representation of the amount of clutter in the home. We would also talk a little bit more about what you want your home to look and feel like after a cleaning. We will ask specifics about you want cleaned like the inside of the fridge, inside of cabinets, walls, light fixtures, etc. We can usually do a walk through within a day or two of a call.

3. You Will Get the Estimate Emailed by the Next Day

You will be able to electronically sign the estimate if you choose to move forward with us.

4. Schedule the Cleanup

Most cleanups take 1-3 days and we can usually get started within 2-4 days, not weeks or months out.

5. The Day of the Cleanup

We will show up on time and ready to work! Some people like to be there during the cleaning and some people don’t want to be present during the cleaning. It’s 100% your choice. If anything area is missed we will come back quickly to take care of it. We will not ignore your phone calls. You don’t stay in business for over 13 years by not taking care of your clients.

Cleaning FAQ's

1. How much does a cleaning costs?

The cost depends on how much dirt and grime are on surfaces and how many rooms and size of rooms we are cleaning. An average ballpark price will be between $1,000-$1,800 plus tax.

2. How long does a cleaning take?

Cleaning usually take anywhere from 1-2 days plus 1-3 days if also removing clutter from the home first.

3. When can the cleanup begin?

We can usually schedule a cleaning within 2-4 days. We understand that some clients have strict timelines due to inspections, eviction issues or scheduled repairs that are coming up within days. Sometimes we can get started the next day.

4. What if I just have one or a few rooms that need I need help with?

That’s perfectly fine. We would love to be able to help you with that. We will work with you with just one room needing cleaned up. You don’t have to have a whole house that is dirty for us to help you.

5. Do you clean biohazards as well?

Yes, we do. Unlike a lot of other normal housekeeping companies, we understand that our clients might have human waste, bodily fluids, needles, rotting food and rodents in their homes. We take all the safety precautions to keep everyone safe and to remove and disinfect the biohazards with no judgement. We have been doing this since 2013 so there is nothing we haven’t seen.

6. What’s the difference between your company and a regular housekeeping company?

The main difference is that we clean homes that have years of dirt and grime or there’s rodent droppings and other biohazards like human or pest waste. If you have a home that just needs an average cleaning or a touch up then it would be less expensive to call a maid or housekeeping company, but we won’t turn you down. We will just be more expensive. This is why we normally clean hoarded homes because of the years of neglect.
