We want to see the place to get a better sense of the situation because sometimes pictures don’t give a fair representation of the mess in the home. We can help sort, dispose and donate items. We can usually do a walk through within a day or two of a call. We can also can give an estimate based off of video or photos if the property is about less than 1100 sq ft. If it’s larger then we want to do a walk through to get you the most accurate price. There is no pressure from us and this is not a sales pitch.

3. You Will Get the Estimate Emailed by the Next Day

Most cleanups take 1-3 days and we can usually get started within 2-4 days. Not weeks or months out.

Squatter Cleanup FAQ's

1. How much does a squatter cleanup costs?

The cost depends on the amount of trash and items we are disposing, how much we have to sort through stuff (if any), biohazards present and if you want the home cleaned. An average ballpark price will be between $1,500-$4000 plus tax, but can go much higher.

2. How long does a cleanup take?

Cleanups usually take anywhere from 1-3 days with most taking 1-2 days.

3. When should I call you to get an estimate or cleanup?

Call us whenever you have a date for everyone being removed so we can plan for the estimate and cleanup date the exact day you are legally able to remove their stuff. You will want to get everything removed as fast as legally possible to reduce the chances or someone breaking in to grab items still onsite.

4. Do you deal with human waste, needles and other drug paraphernalia?

Yes, we do. We remove trash, junk and clean/disinfect biohazards.

5. Do you clean after you finish getting the the junk and trash out?

Yes we do. During our initial contact or the free walk-through tell us you want a cleaning and we will gladly get you a price to clean the surfaces of the building or home. We will ask about more details about what exactly you want cleaned such as to include the inside of the fridge or cabinets.

6. Do you help with removal of the squatters?

No, we do not. RCW 9A.52.105 describes the process to remove people who have no tenancy claim and have unlawfully entry and remained. If they have an old lease agreement or police refuse to remove them then you will have to evict them.
